Materials & Durability How long do balloon decorations last? Air-filled balloons can last several days (sometimes weeks) indoors. Helium-filled balloons float for 12–24 hours. Outdoor conditions may affect longevity.

General Questions What types of balloon decorations do you offer? We offer a wide variety of balloon décor, including arches, garlands, columns, centerpieces, balloon walls, ceiling installations, and more. Custom designs are also available! Can you match my event theme or color scheme? Yes! We can match most color palettes and themes. If you have inspiration photos, color swatches, or Pinterest boards, we’d love to see them. Can I provide my own balloons? No. We thrive on using the best quality from our trusted vendors. We want to ensure that we have enough quality balloons to guarantee the best possible outcome.   Do you provide custom balloon designs? Absolutely! We specialize in custom balloon installations tailored to your vision, event type, and space. Can I see examples of your past work? Timing & Changes A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your booking. For events booked with less than 14 days' notice, full payment is required within 24 hours of booking. Late Booking Fees Additional fees apply for last-minute bookings: Less than 14 days' notice: $50 fee Less than 7 days' notice: $75 fee Less than 3 days' notice: $120 fee Delivery Delivery is available and may be subject to an additional fee, which varies based on location, time, and order size. Final delivery fees will be included in your invoice. Rental Equipment All rental equipment must be returned in good condition. Lost or damaged items will be billed at replacement cost. Rental time limits will be specified in your invoice; late returns may in additional charges. Cancellations & Changes Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations within 7 days of the event will not be eligible for refunds. Changes to the order may not be accommodated with less than 72 hours' notice. By booking with us, you agree to these terms. How much does balloon décor cost? Prices vary depending on size, design complexity, and materials. We offer a range of options to suit different budgets—contact us for a personalized quote. Do you offer balloon packages? Yes! We have pre-designed packages for popular events like birthdays, baby showers, and corporate functions. Custom packages are also available. Is there a minimum order amount? Yes, we typically require a minimum order of $110, depending on the location and type of installation. Do you require a deposit? A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.

Delivery & Setup Do you deliver and install balloon décor? Yes, we offer full delivery and professional setup services. Delivery fees vary by location. What areas do you serve? We currently serve Columbus, OH & Cincinnati, OH. If you're outside this area, contact us—we may still be able to help! How long does setup take? Setup time depends on the design, but most installations take between 1–3 hours. We'll coordinate with you and your venue to ensure everything is ready on time. Do you offer takedown services after the event? Yes, we offer optional takedown and cleanup services.

FYI  If for some reason, there are third party amenities required. The client or organization will be required to pay for those amenities. Luxury Pop Events LLC will not be responsible for any damage.
