1. BOOKING & PAYMENT
Do we require a deposit? Yes A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your booking. You have 24-48 to make a payment to secure your date. All final payments are due 1 week prior to schedule event set up date.
When is the final payment due? Final payments are due 7 calendar days prior to schedule event set up date.
What is your cancellation policy? Cancellations within 7 days of the event will not be eligible for refunds. Changes to the order may not be accommodated with less than 1 week notice. *Weather disclaimer (if outdoors) If there are severe weather concerns, we will not set up outdoors. Please have a designated area to set up indoors.
Do you charge for last minute set ups? Yes. Less than 14 days' notice: $50 fee Less than 7 days' notice: $75 fee Less than 3 days' notice: $120 fee
